Program cannot start because vedFramework.dll/xmlwrapper.dll cannot be found?

Please download the ‘vedframework.dll' and ‘xmlwrapper.dll' files below and place them to the program folder:

[drive letter]:\Program Files\ArcSoft\Panorama Maker 5

Why the file saved as Flash opened with a red screen with Panorama Maker 4?

The output file is too big and then it will display a red box. Please try to reduce the panorama output size. On the Select Photos step, please select 1/4 Size or 1/16 Size from the Output Size drop-down list. The Original Size is for printing.

Does the video stitch have the 360 degree stitch mode?

This is not supported. The video stitch only has the Horizontal and Vertical two modes.

How do I reduce the file size of my panorama in order to email it?

From the Save dialog box, choose the High Compression setting from the Quality drop-down list box. A lower quality setting saves a smaller sized file whereas a larger quality setting saves a larger file size.

Which operating system can support 3D panorama?

Both Windows Vista and Windows 7 can support 3D Panorama while Windows XP doesn’t support.

Why I always fail to make 3D panorama?

If the output file size is too large, it may cause the high memory usage and may fail to make 3D panorama.

Which player can support playing my stitched 3D panorama with MPO format?

You can select ArcSoft Total Media and other 3D plug-in to play your stitched 3D Panorama.
