How do I activate the program?
Please note that you need to use the original Activation Name to personalize your software, or the activation code will not work.
You can check your personalized information in ArcSoft Connect. Please select "View My ArcSoft Products Info" from Start -> All Programs -> ArcSoft Connect, and click on "Your Personalized Information" tab.
If you have entered a wrong name to personalize your software, our email support team have a tool to change it back. Please visit following link for the email support.

How do I locate the activation key?
After logging into the ArcSoft Account Center, click the Contact Support tab under Service section. Choose Lost Activation Key in Question Type on the form and enter your information. Your activation key will be emailed to you.
What do I do if the serial/license number is not accepted?
If you receive an error message when entering your serial/license number, this may be due to the following reasons:
- Make sure the installed software corresponds to the product purchased.
- Enter the serial number without hyphens.
- Copy and paste your serial number to avoid typing errors.
- When copying and pasting the serial number, make sure you do not copy any blank spaces before and after the number.
- If you purchased a downloadable version, please download it again. If the product is a CD-ROM, please install the application again.
